Exchange 2010 Spamfilter- External\ internal

Hi. Have set up a singel Win 2008r2 server with Exchange 2010 (not SBS)
And they get a lot of spam..
Used to Win 2003 SBS with Exchange and enabeling Intelligent message filter and enable update of filter via win update. This work Ok.
Have 2 questions:
- How to set up Spam filter in exchange 2010, Have seen some suggested links, but always in bigger enviroments with front end server and Edge transport server etc... This is a default simple install.

- Normaly I have used to have MX-record pointitn to mail-pointer (a-host) wich are pointing to the external IP. And a Webmail pointer that I have created a certificate to match.
Using the webmail pointer for webmail, phonesync etc..

Now, I was told I needed a certificate for the Mail.domain.com pointer and should use the mail pointer for everything (webmail\phone sync etc), rader than both webmail and mail pointer.
So I did. BUT now I thinking of routing the mail by a external antivirus\spam filter provider. (Norman) Meaning I change the mail pointer to point to spamfilter ip instead of our external ip....

Leving me with a certificate I can't use...

What should I do?

Should I go back to my webmail pointer? And what are all the places I need to change from mail.domain.com to webmail.domian.com to make activesync etc work?

Sorry for the long story and typos..
