Export EAR from Eclipse causing problem

I very frequently keep generating EAR file from Eclipse too from Export --> EAR File. Now I need to deploy it on QA. As I try to do that I am getting the following error

Please Cancel this question as it is an Eclipse bug, which occurs due to some plugins.The details could be found on Google.

May be below are cause of error:
> caused by any Maven dependencies from the use of the m2eclipse plug-in
> caused by icu4j-2.6.1.jar

You may do workaround using
> disable the Maven dependency management.
> deleting some metadata files in the project,
> removing invalid entries from the MANIFEST files


This bug has gone in eclipse 3.0.4. please try here once.
