Outlook cache not syncing with server

I have a group of users running in Outlook 2010 cached mode with mutiple connected mailboxes.  The users drag files from their inbox to other folders in seperate mailboxes.  The issue is this:

They are not sending and receiving on their own AND when I take them out of cached mode all the changes they made pervioulsly are not showing in their live mailbox.

Pleae help!

No it is set to online.  It is connected.

Saw errors relating to objtfoler limited to 500.  Increased the value and it fixed this issues.
