Have you tried different dics? If it still fails with new dics try using windows built-in burning drivers. Just drag and drop content onto the cd drive letter in My computer/computer and click write these files to disc. See if that burns ok. If it does your drive is most likely ok.

New internal dvd burners are a dime a dozon these days anyway. Maybe buy a new one?

I have been unable to burn a CD using InfraRecorder.
I select the downloaded file. The dialog box appears, but the OK button is grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it.

Any suggestions, please?

Did you try the suggestions I mentioned? I need to isolate if its an issue with the cd/dvd recorder or software thats causing the issue.
