Exchange 2010 Mailbox Access Audit

Hello,

I would like to know if Exchange 2010 (SP1) have the ability to audit mailbox access?  For example if I wanted to audit user John Doe to see when (time/date) he checks his email for the last 7 days, is there a way to do this?
