Hi!
I am trying to use our BIzhub C252 as a network scanner on one of the domain PCs in order to scan stacks on invoices.
I know that it is possible (from the brochure). I hav eset up separate BIZHUB printer and BIZHUB fax on our Windows Server 2003.
I am NOT sure how to set up the scanner part.
Scan to email and scan to smb works great. I need to set it up with TWAIN driver so that our accounting software could use this scanner to import invoices.
I hope that it makes sense.
Any help is greatly ap[preciated...

Hi,
So you need to install the twain driver.
I have looked at the US support site and didn't find the twain driver.
But i did find it in the europen support web site.
Open the link: http://www.konicaminolta.eu/business-solutions/support/download-center.html
choose multifunctional color
choose model: BIzhub C252
choose Type of Driver: Scanner Driver
choose OS and language
Download the Real Time Twain
(you will also find a pdf with the instruction for installing and configuring)
and install

Hi again,
just to say that i also found the twain drivers on the US support site:
http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/SearchResults.aspx?productid=930
It's the Twain Driver Real-Time mode for scanning from the glass or document feeder.

The HDD twain driver is for fetching documents stored on the hard drive, on to a twain complient software.

You will need to install and configure it on every workstation you need to scan to. Not on the server.

Thank you so much. I have used the US download page so many times. Spent a bunch of time this morning looking for scanner drivers and just didn't see it on the very bottom of the list :))
You help is greatly appreciated!
