Flash Spherical Panorama development

Hi there,

I'd like to develop an interactive sperical panorama very similar to thi:

http://www.familycarguide.com/360tour/mazda_cx-7_2010#Interior

I'm aware of KR Pano, and maybe it would suit the needs of producing the above.  I'd like to be able to put interactive points or clickable regions wherever I like (just like on that example) and perhaps even embed video.  What are the best methods for doing this?
