i have delegate a mail room with the command set-mailboxcalendarsettings 'meeting room 4' -resourcedelegate 'test1'
how can disable this?i can't find the way?

Did you tried
set-MailboxCalendarSettings -identity "<Resource>" -ResourceDelegates:$null
