Access TightVNC through browser at Client Side

I have installed successfully TightVNC Server and accessing it from remote locations.

1. But is this possible to use Internet Browser at Client Side to access TightVNC Server as I don't want to install TightVNC Client at client side.

2. How can I access TightVNC installed Server through my Nokia E63?
