Our production server is running SQLite v3.3.6 on CentOS release 5.2 (Final).

We're planning to upgrade SQLite to the latest version (atleast to v3.5.0) but couldn't able to find any equivalent RPMs greater than v3.3.6.

Can somebody point me to the RPM download link location of the same?

Hi owensleftfoot,

My OS is based on CentOS5 64-bit.  Will a RHEL3 64-bit RPM install on this CentOS5 64-bit?

Hi owensleftfoot,

I even tried installing RHEL3 64-bit RPM on my CentOS5 64-bit server, it failed with the following dependencies.  In this case, I'm using upgrade option (-U) of rpm command.

[root@myserver]# rpm -Uvh sqlite-3.5.9-1.el3.pp.x86_64.rpm
warning: sqlite-3.5.9-1.el3.pp.x86_64.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 6971f6ac
error: Failed dependencies:
        libreadline.so.4()(64bit) is needed by sqlite-3.5.9-1.el3.pp.x86_64
