Hi,
I know this is an easy question but I can't seem to work it out.
I have just added some products to virtuemart.

I want the price to INCLUDE the GST (tax)

But for some reason it keeps applying the 9.75% tax ontop of my price.

Can someone please outline how to fix this please?

Thanks

Hi,

You can do a few things to change this:

In Joomla do the following:
1) Components -> VisrueMart -> Tax (on left drop-down)
2) Here you can add/view/change the tax options

Then go to Products -> List Products:
1) Select your product
2) Then on the right side there is a "Vat ID" field

Here you can either choose to NOT have vat included in your products price, or you can choose a preferred VAT for your products.

If you choose a VAT with a percentage greater thatn 0% then the Product Price (Gross will automatically change to include the VAT.

Hope this helps
