Regarding printer problem of falling asleep

Hello everybody,
The status of one printer in our company with model “HP LaserJet P3005dn”, goes to “Insluimermodus” (sleeping mode) after every few minutes. And then the printer doesn’t react at all. We always need to restart the printer to make it work and then again after few minutes it goes to “insluimermodus”(sleep mode).

Can anyone please suggest me some reason behind it or how can I solve it ?

I have installed the suggested firmware. I would just like to test its performance for few minutes or an hour and will reply you back with the result.

I am not a native dutch speaker and I am working in Netherlands on a dutch operating system. Can you please guide me in little more detail about where can i find the option "sleep mode"?

You can find the options specified from the printer control panel and not from the Operating system.
If the control panel language is english then
1. Press Menu to open the menus.
2. Press to highlight CONFIGURE DEVICE, and then press v .
3. Press to highlight RESETS, and then press v.
4. Press to highlight SLEEP MODE, and then press v.
5. Press or to select ON or OFF, and then press v.
6. Press Menu to exit the menu.
If the control panel language is dutch, then corresponding lines may be like mentioned below.(hope so)
1. Druk op Menu om de menu's te openen.
2. Druk op om APPARAAT CONFIGUREREN te markeren en druk vervolgens op v .
3. Druk op om HERSTELLEN te markeren en druk vervolgens op v.
4. Druk op om SLUIMERMODUS te markeren en druk vervolgens op v.
5. Druk op of om AAN of UIT te selecteren en druk vervolgens op v.
6. Druk op Menu om het menu te sluiten.

I have followed these steps, but in last step, instead of "sluimermodus", it was "Powersave". So i select "Uit" for it. I have rebooted the printer. I would just like to test it for few minutes and then i will update you with the result.
