Hi, 
 
I want the user group Manager in Joomla to have access to the user manager. 
 
This user should have access to 2 admin modules in joomla, Media Manager that Managers already have access to, and the User manager. 
 
Is this possible and how can i do it? Is it better adding a new group, I've got NOIX ACL installed, can this be used for this purpose? 
 
My joomla version is 1.5.18
