Block web chat for the windows live hotmail

Dear Sir

I want to block the web chat for the windows live messenger, i block the windows live messenger in my network ,but the user who access his inbox we can chat using the web chat in the hotmal page, so how can i disable the web chat for the windows live using the forefront threat management gateway
