HTC Evo phone has stopped sync'ing with Exchange
Experts, I'm not sure if you can help with this, but i have a user who has a htc evo from Sprint, and connects to our Exchange server via activesync.
yesterday he locked out his account, and I've since unlocked it, but now the phone has stopped syncing. he didn't change the password, and I have re-entered it to the phone to make sure that its correct. I also verified that service is good and the web browser works. And I've done 2 battery pops and still nothing....
He really doesn't want me to wipe the phone and reload the mail profile, is there any other tricks I can try?
