Hello I hope you can help me<br />
6months ago we &nbsp;installed blackberry enterprise server express on our 2003 application server.<br />
We have exchange 2007 sitting on our sbs2008 server<br />
One of my users has pointed out to me that he does not have bi -directional syncing on his calenders. If he adds an appointment into his calender it shows up on his bb, but if he adds an appointment onto his bb it does not sync back to his outlook calender.<br />
i have noticed that all users have this problem.<br />
I have found several posts with the same issue and ran through my set up and all seems ok so i am at a lost as how to solve this one.<br />
I have run an iemstest and the attached is the output. I notice that it fails on some tests<br />
