How does one import signature into Outlook 2010.  Also my signature contains our company logo and I wish to keep this as a part of my signature after import has been successfully performed.  An HTML logo link.

copy your signature file to "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures" (assuming you're on windows XP) and then select your signature in the signature options in outlook 2010.

Sorry - Outlook 2010 is running on Windows7, whereas Outllook 2007 is running on XP.  I did copy these files to the appropriate folder in Windows7, however lost the Logo link in the signature.

I would just send yourself an email and copy and paste the shortcut into a new signature.
