Search HIstory in MS Dynamics CRM

Is there a way to search the subject field of the history for an account? I am looking for an email and there are hundreds in this particular record, so I would like to search by subject. Is that possible?

Try an Advanced Find on E-mail Messages.
Add Subject, contains, the text you are looking for
Add Status Reason equals Sent.
