VS 2008: creating new table row in design time

I'd like to add one more column to the existing html table using Visual Studio IDE. I made sure that focus is on the <table> control, clicked Table -> Insert menu. Hovewer all next level menues are disabled. Why?

Try focusing something else close.. I'm sure it will appear.
