I am looking for a ColdFusion email program/solution that can work with a list of about 2,000 to 3,000 names (on a shared server) and generate HTML emails, with attachments, in bulk.  I need this program to be able to limit the number of emails that are sent at one time so the server doesn't become bogged down and treat the emails as SPAM.  This will need to work with a SQL Server 2005 database.  Thanks!

In the passed I have used ProletterFusion however it's not MS SQL however there should be no issues reworking it to fit your needs.
