How do I fix "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

also .....it could be caused by old printer driver files conflicting with a new install.....which seems to happen more often than not with HP printers.......(for example : if u find a hpzimn12.dll on the PC then delete and new installs show run)
Is the problem resolved?

If it's the HP1022 on windows 7 I'd love to hear what driver you used. We have had compatibility issues with a lot of HP printers and windows 7.
The problem is obviously the driver then. Can you close this ticket? Thanks :)
