Display Driver Error when starting Photoshop

Windows XP SP3 and I just installed Photoshop SC4.

When I open the Program I get the following Error Mesage:  ( See Attached Document )

Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporairly disabled GPU enhancements.  Check the video card manufacturer's website for the latest softwared.

GPU enhancements can be enabled in the Performance panel of Preferences.

I ran driveragent and could not find a new driver....  

What can i do?

More than likely your computer doesn't meet the requirements to allow the GPU enhancements. To learn more about this, or see the requirements follow this link to the Adobe GPU page:

I purchased an Nvidia Card and it now works Great.
