Harkins - thank-you, but done that, but couldn't get my added contact (ie my private email address) as a contact from the global address list, or all contacts so added the email address in &nbsp;'To' box. The rule appears to have been accepted, but didnt work when I tested it so I ran the 'Run rule now' (?) thing that appeared to fill my sent box, but didnt do anything else. What am I doing wrong? btw, the action thing next to the rule is empty? Don't know if that matters.

I worked for a corporate, and have a private Blackberry with private email account. Surprisingly, the security oiks say that it is OK for me to set up a rule that forwards intermal emails to an external email address. 'If I can, technically'. So, how?
