Is it possible to add in a text field that can be edited in inbox\mail folders?  I'd like to further classify incoming messages after they arrive in my inbox.  Can't use category since it's already being used.  Looking for a free hand field that Microsoft Search will search in Outlook.

Hi, nkuo.

Yes, this is possible.  Create a user-defined field and add it to the view.  I'm not certain whether Microsoft Search will index it, but you can at least add the field.
