Moving MS Dynamics 10.0 SP

Hello,

I am going to move MS Dynamics 10.0 SP2 along with Integration Manager. It'll be moved from MS Server 2003 32bit into MS Server 2008 64-bit platform on VMware ESX 4.1.

I need to move all settings, licenses, etc, can someone point me to a guide/how-to or outlines the procedure and files to be transfer over?

Thank you

There is a published KB article that goes over the steps of moving GP to a new server: https://mbs.microsoft.com/knowledgebase/KBDisplay.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;878449.

You may also want to double check the GP system requirements to make sure what you're looking to do will be supported for all the components you have: https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/support/documentation/systemrequirements/system_requirements_GP10.htm

If you have not worked with GP installations before and are not entirely comfortable with your understanding of all the files involved, etc., it may be worthwhile to involve your GP partner in this.  While not rocket science, there are sometimes very complicated GP environments with lots of components and it may be worth the consulting fee to get their help on this.
