BB email sent from Asia handheld cannot be forwarded to Canada handhled.

The problem that I just currently had (since Oct31), my BB user cannot receive emails to their blackberry if the remote user use Asia blackberry device to send out email, he use his BB to send out email to our user in Canada, but the email didn't get forward to the BB user.  If something wrong with forwarding?

does the user in canada receive the email in their regular email inbox?
