Hello,

I'm trying to find the location of the read email .ico file for Outlook 2007 (or any version actually). I've looked here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\FORMS\1033 but I'm not finding it.  I've attached a bmp with the image I'm looking for.

Thanks

For 2007 all the icons appear to be inside an icon library: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\1033\Outllibr.dll

You need software that can extract icons out of these libraries..
I use Axialis IconWorkshop but i'm sure there are some free ones out there

Thanks.  I'm using IconsExtract from http://www.nirsoft.net to extract the icons from the dll, but I don't recommend that software so I'm still searching for a better extractor.
