In SharePoint 2007, I can see all colleague presence under Colleague Tracker.

In SharePoint 2010:
-I can't find Colleague Tracker anymore.
-Where the location of Colleague Tracker?
-I can see other user presence in Discussion web part, but only for online user, not for offline user

thanks
