Hi,

we have an infopath form published to a sharepoint library. Users can open the form and save it to thier desktops etc.  However, one of the users has Windows 7 operating system and he is receiving an error, when he is trying to save the form. The Error is attached.

Any ideas why this error is occuring with Infopath 2007 and Windows 7?  The users who have Windows XP the form works fine.

What all things should we check to resolve this issue?

Any ideas will be helpful.

Thanks

Typically I check if it is all users on a machine or just one.  I would have the user log into an xp machine and another user on the 7 machine and see what occurs. Often it can be a bad user profile.

Also it could be an IE issue, the windows 7 might have a newer version.
