windows 7 printer and devices not showing anything

Hi i have windows 7 when i click on printers and devices it shows me ststus of opening but dowes not show any installed printers and devices .
but when i try printing through any document of word excel or anything i can print easily
please advice

is the plug and play service running?start > run > services.msc

yes its running .
but here i want to clarify as i saw plug and play service its startup type is disables although its showing started but i cannot change to other modes like maunal or automatic etc
is this a normal or any issue is there ?

no worries locate the bluetooth service (if present) and set its startup to automatic
