you can have a text box, change it's appearance, and link to another report which is based on a stored procedure, but I am assuming you want to call a stored proc which will be updating or inserting

No. The stored proc which I want to run execute an SSIS package.... it's a long story !!

This person has used connected to the SSIS package through SSRS.
