I have added some custom fields into the quote product entity, and would like to map the fields accross to the order when converted.

I have been through the relationships and cannot see how to do this.  Any help would be great.

I don't think you achieve this through simple customization. The Create Order button probably runs extra code to copy across the quote products and the fields that are mapped I'm guessing are part of the code. I don't thinks this is case where you can edit a relationship mapping.
