We have a customer running Office 2007 on a Windows 7 machine. Every few days she is unable to get into Outlook and gets an error saying "The Information Store could not be opened". They are using Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Server domain. The only way we can get her going again is to recreate her mail profile which then works fine for a few days before the error re-occurs. Obviously we can't keep re-creating her profile. Any ideas?
