Cannot remember the fix however it was not above. We had logged onto another machine and all worked fine for her, I think we re installed office again but not entirely sure.<br />

We have a customer running Office 2007 on a Windows 7 machine. Every few days she is unable to get into Outlook and gets an error saying &quot;The Information Store could not be opened&quot;. They are using Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Server domain. The only way we can get her going again is to recreate her mail profile which then works fine for a few days before the error re-occurs. Obviously we can't keep re-creating her profile. Any ideas?

The Information Store could not be opened in Outlook 2007.
