reconfigure outlook 2007 account with exchange server 2007

Hi,

I am facing to issue to reconfigure any exchange account or any new excchange account on outlook . it show my attched error.
It was working perfectly till yesterday before the following changes.
all database are running perfectly with new exchange for last 6 month also all mailbox are connect with new server.
Yesterday I do one thing stop the old database from old serve and delete it and  today morning I am not able to configure any new exchange  account on outlook, it is not able to accept the username and password, on other hand webmail is working fine.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Did you run the exchange uninstall on the old server?

no,

One more thing when I use old exchange server name ( which is also running) I am able to configur ethe account.

look like some discovery service issue

So if you run uninstall on old server it will tell you everything that needs to be transfered. Are both servers 2007?
