JBoss on Windows 2008 R2 ( x64)

JBoss gurus,

I get the following error with jboss-4.0.5.GA_CP0 on Windows 2008 Server x64(R2)

ERROR [org.jgroups.util.Util] exception is java.net.SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: JVM_Bind

any thoughts?

Yes, there are no other services on the port.( I ran the netstat -ao)
