Terminal services profile failure, ORK Tools failure.

On an Win2k3 terminal server,  we are experiencing issue wiht Microsoft OFffice 2k and its use as a terminal application.  The ORK Toolkit has been runningporperly for years.  As of late, when any user but administrator tries to use it it flashes briefly and then shuts down.  Addtionally,  We have over 100 licenses avaiable and users that exceed the 60 mark on seats get the message that the profile cant be loaded.  Is there a connections or separtate issues?

Are you seeing anything in the Event viewer(s) on your Terminal Services server(s)?

Nothing in the event viewer.

Yes, the proflles appear to be damaged.  We have been assigning new porfiles to the users with full migrations of files etc...   This alleviated some of the issues but it is still going on.  Not every single profile has been destroyed.  Are we looking at a complete rewrite of our term servers?
