save a copy of your file. Delete all the text, then just add a few headings. Post that file, so we can inspect it.<br />

but i couldn't get heading 5 working even after modifying the heading 5 style to level 5. <br />
It will not continue its numbering from heading 4 no matter what settings i used.<br />
