I have a Citrix server which has Office 2007 installed.  After installing FrontPage 2002 users have lost the ability to send emails directly from word.  When they select the "office button" and go to "send" they receive the following error: "Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: "Unspecified error"".  I removed FrontPage 2002 and repaired the Office installation but users are still receiving the same error.

Any ideas?

Thank you

As you said you are getting message after installing Front Page. To resolve this issue you also uninstalled Front Page but problem is not resolved. The problem is not getting resolved even after  uninstalling Front Page because some of the keys related to FrontPage are still in Registry. To execute Registry cleanup software and then check if you get the error or not. Use this registry cleanup and repair software http://www.recoveryfix.com/registry-repair-software.html
