Hub transport service keeps stopping

I have 2 sites. each site has separate CAS, HT, MB server.  I got everything setup and the sites and exchange working and now all of the sudden my Hubtransport service on both servers stops after starting.
The event viewer shows it starts but then I get errors: "Performance counting updating error. Counter name is Resolved Groups Cache Hit Count, category name is Expanded Groups Cache..."
And I get a "PoisonMessage" The transport process couldn't load poison message information from the registry. Access to the registry failed....
/Any ideas?

well wft.  I saw that solution on technet but I figured it couldn't apply to me because i had it working and I made no changes to the registry permissons.  but sure enough- I added the network service to the registry key and it started working.
