You need to purchase the CALS from a MS vendor (like my company Sacramento Technology Group).

Here is Microsofts Guide for Licensing SQL 2005

Suppose i have purchased 5 CAL and in future if I want to add 10 more CAL then how can I upgrade it. I am facing serious problem in my application. I am using sql 2005 32 bit - Standard with windows server 2008 32 bit standard. My application got crashes in case of concurrent connection from different different machines.

The problem isnt likely to be licensing.  Typically licensing is just to be legal, no one gets refused connection or dropped connection if you have more connections than licenses.  IF there was a CAL issue you would see errors/warnings in the event logs.

IF you purchase 10 more CAL's you add the product key in SQL 2005 so that it reflects current licensing.
