Keep getting "Not Read" receipts ever time outlook is opened...

I have a user that every time she opens up outlook she gets 60 or so "Not Read" message receipts. She had this issue before when she was clearing out her mailbox, but we corrected it by disabling the Read receipts options in outlook. However this option is still disabled, and now we can't figure out where these messages are coming from and how to get rid of them... She's connected to an exchange server, and based on the tinkering I've done on the user's computer, it seems to me like the messages are coming from the exchange server... Problem is, I can't figure out where they are and how to stop them from filling up her inbox every time she opens outlook.

Are the receipts for the same messages each time or for different messages?

They're all for different emails...

I actually already solved this issue. What I did was enabled offline mode in outlook. This forced it to resynchronize with the server and it cleared out the messages that she kept getting.
