Print Screen for extended monitor

By default, the Print Screen button takes a snapshot of the main screen.
How can you force it to take a screen shot of the extended screen?

Alt-Print Screen only captures the active window, so you could select the window and it should capture it.

ps. If you are using Windows 7 you could use Snipping Tool ;)
