Also, how can I find out which Windows Mobile operating system is installed on my HP Ipaq Glisten cell phone?

Normally you should have a control panel applet called About (Star-Settings-System).

There is also a registry key with the platform information at HKLM\Platform

For the black jack there is another possibility:
    * To check the software version, enter the following information on the phone:    *#1234#
    * Both the PDA and Phone versions should show i617UCHJ1
 the WM version is then   "Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 (AKU1.0.1)"
