Microsoft Outlook Public Folder Calanders/ Meeting Request

My company uses microsoft outlook and public folders frequently.  I have created some public calanders so when a employee wants to book a conference room, they can include that conference room as a resource and add other employees to their meeting request.  This works but when a user goes to schedule a new meeting request and types in the conference room as their resource and goes into the scheduling tab to see if that room is available, it lists the room as no information... is there a way to fix this?

Hi, donebert.

Public folders don't publish free and busy information.  The resource calendars have to be actual accounts for this to work.
