How do I import an .msg folder into Outlook 2007?

I have a Distribution List in .msg folder file format. It basically has 2 fields, Client Name and Email Address. I did not create it - I was emailed to me. However I have not figured out how I can make the Client Data list available as an Address Book. I have access to the Exchange Server if I need to put it there so that it will be available to all my users but not really sure how to go about it.

I know of no way to import a .msg folder, however if you can have the person send it again using this http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/share-a-distribution-list-with-others-HA010283278.aspx  it should be fairly easy.
