When I use SmartStart  7.6 and 7.5 in HP Proliant DL 360 G3 server will halt and will not finish the installation. The server will complete Power-On Self-Test, however, immediately after booting into SmartStart, the following error message will be displayed:

An Error has occurred while reading Hardware Information. Click OK to reboot .

Please give your valuable solution for fix the above problem .

I would consider downloading smartstart 8.6, it is possible the version you are using doesnt have the drivers necessary for some of the hardware in your server.
