I would consider downloading smartstart 8.6, it is possible the version you are using doesnt have the drivers necessary for some of the hardware in your server.<br />

When I use SmartStart &nbsp;7.6 and 7.5 in HP Proliant DL 360 G3 server will halt and will not finish the installation. The server will complete Power-On Self-Test, however, immediately after booting into SmartStart, the following error message will be displayed:<br />

An Error has occurred while reading Hardware Information. Click OK to reboot . <br />
