Display snapshot of a webpage on mouse hover

Please let me know how I can display a small snapshot of a webpage when the mouse is hovered over a button.
The button is generated dynamically. (My website is created using ASP.NET C#)

If possible, please provide some sample code.
Thank you!

Not exactly. I need the snapshot of a webpage to be displayed on mouseover.
You can use some online service. Look at the service provided by pageglimpse.com
You can get a snapshot by simply set the "src" attribute of an <img> tag like the following:

where "your_developer_key_here" will be replace by your own developer key. The above line will give a snapshot of google.com

To display it on mouseover, put an image with the above type of url in a div and set css property "display" to block/none in the onmouseover and onmouseout events.

When I click the link you sent, it says 'Invalid Developer Key'
It seems you were steered to PageGlimpse just days before they announced shutting down their service later this month.

As a PageGlimpse alternative, check out ShrinkTheWeb at http://www.shrinktheweb.com (I am a co-founder) for automated website screenshots. Our reputation is great and you can click on the 'more' link (bottom right on homepage just above testimonial box) to see a short list of what our customers say about us.

We currently handle a large majority of all screenshots processed online for more than 17,000 applications and website around the world.
