Remote Assistance project in silent mode

Good day everyone,
I need the connecting remotely, one-to-one, to various PC for remote assistance, but my need is to log in each one in silent mode, all the PCs on which I'll have to connect are with Windows operating system.
The problem is that i couldn't have, a Public IP.
I think to use the free DDNS service but do not know what kind of modem / router can be find on my clients.
I think to use a product like pfconfig to configure the port forwarding, combined with DDNS, but in many cases I couldn't have the username and password of the router, the ISP providers are reluctant to grant them.
Any ideas and/or suggestions?
Thanks
