Pelco DX4000 video overlay

I have a new computer with win 7 and keep getting a video overlay error when trying to run DX4000 Agent software by Pelco.  I have tried installing in compatibality mode and have tried every compatibility option I can find. Has anyone foud a solution for this problem?

Have you tried using the web client in Internet Explorer?  It will be far more forgiving about the O/S than the Agent software and just as functional.
According to the users manual, how to install the web client is in the installation manual.
Otherwise; you will need Vista or 7 drivers from Pelco to make it work.
