Local Contact groups in Outlook

Hi

We are running Outlook 2003 and 2007. Most of our users have hundreds of local contacts in their Outlook. I can see that local DL's can be created, but does anyone know about local groups? Or are local groups and local DL's the same thing in this instance?

Same thing. And yes they can still be created. Microsoft just likes to move settings and options around.
"Personal distribution list" is the term you're looking for.
